(1) All approved schools, courses and instructors are subject to review by the Alabama Real Estate Commission. In the event of such a review, school officials shall make available to the authorized representative of the Commission all records requested which are necessary to the review.
(2) Students shall have access to an electronic evaluation form prescribed by the Commission to evaluate Commission approved instructors.
