(1) The public may obtain information or make submissions or requests to
the Commission by addressing inquiries to the Alabama Real Estate Commission,
1201 Carmichael Way, Montgomery, AL 36106. Licensing and other
pertinent information can be obtained from the Commission's web site at
www.arec.state.al.us.
(2) All applications and requests for which the Commission has prescribed
the form must be made on the prescribed form, copies of which may be
obtained from the Alabama Real Estate Commission, 1201 Carmichael Way,
Montgomery, AL 36106 and/or the Commission's web site at www.
arec.state.al.us.
