790-X-1.19. Classroom Facilities.

Courses must be conducted in a facility that provides an appropriate
learning environment. At a minimum, the classroom must:
(1) be of sufficient size to accommodate comfortably all enrolled students;
(2) be adequately equipped with student desks, worktables with chairs or
other seating having a writing surface;
(3) have adequate light, heat, cooling, ventilation, and public address
equipment;
(4) be free of distractions that disrupt class sessions; and
(5) be accessible to persons with disabilities as required by the Americans
with Disabilities Act.
