790-X-1.20. Petition For Adoption, Amendment, Or Repeal Of Rule.

(1) Any person desiring to propose that the Alabama Real Estate Commission
adopt, amend, or repeal any rule may petition for such a rule change on a
form made available upon request by the Commission.
(2) The Commission will consider any petition submitted under this Rule
and will, within sixty (60) days after receipt of petition, either deny the
petition on its merits in writing, stating the reason for denial, or will initiate
rule-making procedures on the proposed action in accordance with the Alabama
Administrative Procedure Act.
