790-X-2.20. Recovery Fund Fee Exemption.

Any licensee whose original license is issued on inactive status shall not be
required to pay a real estate recovery fund fee for that license until such time
as the license is activated. For such a license to be activated, the initial
recovery fund fee and any supplemental recovery fund fee shall be submitted
to the Commission along with all other appropriate documentation and fees.
